Awarded to a student a Catholic Central High School (Springfield, OH) grad, cumulative GPA of 2.5, academic requirements of XU financial aid policies. If no students enrolled from Catholic Central- student from Springfield High School (OH) should be awarded. If neither of the two schools are eligible a student that fulfills the GPA requirement and financial aid policies.
