Mary and Francis E. Frey Memorial Scholarship

This fund was created by Mr. Michael P. Frey and his friends and colleagues at Xavier University in honor of his parents, Francis and Mary Frey. Michael Frey was a long-time employee in Xavier’s University Relations Division and retired as the regional director of development in the eastern United States.
