Harry & Marry Epp Scholarship

This fund was created by Epps to support deserving students. Harry received an associates degree in 1972 and a bachelors degree in Chemistry in 1973 from Xavier University. He paid his own way through college while working full time in the chemical field. He spent his entire career in Research and Development at P&G, retiring in 2010. Mary recieved her MS in Mathematics in 1974 and her MBA in Finance from Xavier in 1981. She was hired by GE Aircraft Engines as an aeronautical engineer — one of only four women among approx. 200 men — where she worked on the 747 engine project. She also worked for P&G with a focus on computer hardware and software engineering. Awarded to undergraduate commuter students living in the Greater Cincinnati area maintaining at least a 2.75 GPA. First preference given to a student majoring in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physical Science.
