James and Julia Neumann Scholarship

This scholarship fund was created by Mr. and Mrs. James Neumann to assist qualified Xavier students. Mr. Neumann, who died in June 1999, was president of Universal Contracting Company, and a member of the President’s Advisory Council. Legacy Scholarship list.
