Women Athletics Scholarship

This fund was created by Mr. and Mrs. William Alter to provide tuition assistance to Xavier’s female athletes. The Alter’s daughter, Elizabeth, was active in Xavier’s athletic program as a student. She received her degree in 1982. Awarded to a female basketball player based on academic and athletic merit with preference given to New Jersey or Ohio residents (not based on financial need).
