Rev. Benjamin Urmston, S.J., Peace Studies Scholarship

Created by a gift from Fr. Urmston’s mother in 1988. It is awarded to full-time students enrolled in the Peace Studies program who exhibit academic excellence and participate in extracurricular peace activities. Fr. Urmston joined the Xavier faculty in 1971 and shortly thereafter founded the Peace and Justice Programs at Xavier.
