Alumni Chapter Scholarship - Indianapolis

This scholarship fund was established by Xavier University Alumni residing in or near Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Joseph Caito, a 1968 Xavier graduate, and Mr. R. James Alerding, a 1967 Xavier graduate, led the effort to establish this scholarship in the early 1990’s. The Thyen family, led by Mike Thyen, were instrumental in providing substantial early funding for this scholarship fund. The scholarship is awarded to a student from the Indianapolis area.
